Our company is based on the belief that our customers' events are very special, and the party favors we create are an extension of their event. 

We are a very young company, 12 years old, but have been featured in numerous prominent publications and magazines, and it is with the support of the media that we have grown to become a leader in the custom, one of a kind, personalized favor industry.

By placing an order with DaSweetZpot, you state that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
 
Where can I place my order?
DaSweetZpot does not have a retail storefront and cannot make sales in person. Orders can only be taken online at DaSweetZpot.com and shipped from our Creative Studios, or ordered through one of our Network partners. Orders will only ship to Billing Address.
 
How do I contact you?  
When you place an order you set up a log on ID. You can access your account and check the status at any time. If you have any questions, the most efficient way to contact us is to send an email to DaSweetZpot@yahoo.com and you will receive a response within 24 hours. You can also send a message from within your account. Customers in the USA can call (949) 295-2415 Monday-Friday between 10am-5pm Pacific Time California USA.
 

When do you begin creating my favors?
We do not have off the shelf favors. We begin creating your favors the moment we receive your order.
 
 
I placed my order, now what?
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, you will receive an email with your Order Confirmation and a link to access your Dashboard in our website at any time. Your Dashboard includes your Order History, and also an updated status (Pending - means we are waiting for you to approve your label design / Waiting Shipment - means that within 24 hours of you approving your Favor Desing, your order is processing / Shipped - means your order has been shipped)
A Favor Designer is assigned to work with you throughout the entire process. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, you will be contacted via email, confirming your order and sending you a proof of your label design. You will be asked to review and approve the design, and at this point you can make changes to your design. Once approved, label design will print exactly as shown.
 
What is Processing Time? 
Processing time is the time from when DaSweetZpot Favor Designer receives your approved label to when it leaves our Creative Studio.  

 

What is Shipping Time?
Shipping time is the time from when the package leaves our Creative Studio to when it is delivered to you. DaSweetZpot ships via USPS Priority Mail to insure your favors arrive safely! 
 
My order is less than 3 weeks away, can I still place an order?
Orders are ready to be shipped 14 days after we receive approval of your label.  If your order is less than 3 weeks away, you must also account for "transit time" which can be anywhere from 3-7 days. We highly recommend that you upgrade to RUSH Service or SUPER RUSH to insure your orders arrives with plenty of time for your event. We are not responsible for favors missing your event date if you do not approve your labels in a timely manner, or you did not account for transit time.
 
How do you ship my favors?
We ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders to be shipped outside the United States will be charged an International Shipping and Handling rate. Shipping and Handling fees are based on quantity of favors ordered, country of destination and shipping method offered to you, including Delivery Confirmation, Insurance
 
All favors are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, Insurance and Signature Confirmation. If shipping address is an office/business and/or someone else has signed for Customer's package, DaSweetZpot considers package delivered (not lost or stolen)
We guarantee shipment of favors 14 days after label design is approved. We cannot guarantee performance of USPS. Customer must account and allow for shipping time. DaSweetZpot is not responsible for favors that are delivered/arrive after event. 
 
When do you recommend I place my order?
We encourage customers to place favor orders 6-8 weeks prior to event date.
 
Where can you ship?
We can ship to any address, even location of event, however, you must annotate this shipping address in your PayPal account.  We cannot make this change to your account ourselves; e-mails, phone calls or notes in your invoice will not be accepted.  All orders are shipped to address provided in PayPal. Failure to provide accurate address or forgetting to update address is not DaSweetZpot's responsibility
 
Damaged Favors
Customer order is processed and packed with extreme care by a meticulous Staff. Favors are wrapped in buble bags, placed in sturdy boxes with generous styro padding. All boxes are securely taped, and stamped "Fragile, Handle with Care"
It is very rare that favors will be damaged in transit unless USPS literally drops your packages. DaSweetZpot is not responsible for favors that are damaged during transit, but we will help with replacements.
Your favors are insured.
In the rare case that your favors arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.
We must receive proof of damage in order to send replacements.
Favors are one of a kind creative work, we might not be able to recreate your favors with the exact labels, content, and/or be able to replace your favors in time for your event. Under these circumstances, we will gladly refund the portion of your purchase which was damaged once we receive Proof of Damage.
Please contact us to make arrangements.
We will work with you to salvage any problems caused by miss-handling.
 
Orders are shipped with Insurance, we will only replace damaged items if Customer complies and cooperates with Insurance Claim, which may entail, taking photograph as proof of damage, or taking damage box to nearest Freight office. We cannot send any replacement and/or refunds without proof of damage.
 
Refunds
You may cancel your Custom Order at any time.
You will receive
- 75% refund if your order is canceled 8 weeks prior to your event.
- 50% refund if your order is canceled 6 weeks prior to your event.
- 25% refund if your order is canceled 4 weeks prior to your event.
 
Outside of these time frames, there are no refunds.
There are no Refunds on RUSH or SUPER RUSH orders. The constraint to expediting an order means that once your order is received, and once you approve your design, we RUSH to create your favors.
 
Refunds, rebates and credits are processed within 24-48 hours to the same method of payment used when placing the original order.
 
We do not issue refunds as a result of
- Customer not liking the end product (be it size, design, flavor, color, theme)
- FedEx, UPS or USPS inability to deliver, non-delivery or late delivery
- Customer poor planning when placing order (not calculating transit time or not willing to upgrade to RUSH)
- Customer provided incorrect shipping address in PayPal and/or USPS cannot forward to new address.
- Lost  or stolen merchandise (Insurance will cover that loss) 
- Canceled events for any reasons
- Changed their mind

International Orders
If you live outside the USA, there may be certain restrictions with food items. 
It is Customer's responsibility to check with Customs prior to ordering.
We can only share past experiences with Customers in your country.
We never had an issue with favors not going through Customs at any country.
 
We cannot be held responsible for orders being stopped at Customs or for additional custom/duty fees levy on your package.
 
Certain countries may also charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. DaSweetZpot cannot anticipate these restrictions and/or fees and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Please contact your local customs office to determine what type of fees you may expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order.
 
Favor Design
We will be more than happy to give you a few ideas, suggestions regarding flavors, embellishment and labeling, but no creative work will begin on your favor until your order is received and paid for, at which time, a Favor Designer will be assigned to work with you to create your entire Favor.
If you send us material (GIF, PDF, labels, material) so we can create your labels, we will use that material/file, and assume we are authorized to use the creative work as is, with no further proof approval from Customer.
 
Personalization
Due to the nature of our merchandise, we must include ingredients on labels.
For this reason, all orders include free label personalization for one flavor.
 
Please keep in mind that if your favor order includes mix/match items/flavors, favors will not have individualized flavor labels, it will have a generic label.
Ask about Label Flavor options.
 
Content Right
Favors belong to Customer, but we own all rights of our creative artwork and photographs of favors (our own or submitted by Customer) can be used for our website, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, promotional purposes, including name of customer, type of event, type of favor, and other information provided to DaSweetZpot while placing an order. 
Work cannot be re-created without our written permission.
