What is the S&H Cost to ship my order in the USA?
Your order is shipped FREE to any address/location in the USA as long as all favors are going to the same address. If you want your favors split up, and or going to different addresses (corporate gifts, save the dates, invitations), there is a $4.95 S&H fee for each individual address label.
Can I place my order directly with DaSweetZpot?
Yes, you do not have to request a Quote. If you already know what you want, simply place your order. Favor Designer will contact you to work through the personalization aspect, and making your content/embellishment choices .
I want a specific type of favor that I don't see in your site.

What if I don't like any of the labels you have?
We have over 150,000 designs... we are pretty sure you will find something that you like. If not, we will create something for you!
I want my favors to match my invitation/save the date.
No problem. Send us a link or image of your invitation/save the date. If design is not copyright protected, we can design something to match it.
How early is too early, to order favors?
We take orders up to one year prior to event date.The advantage to ordering early is that you we get to work on your design with plenty of time, providing you lots of options and ideas, and you can make your favor choice without the stress of deadlines.As your event gets closer, the more things you need to attend to. Favors can be chosen and be done with, and you don't have to worry about them until they are delivered to you.
Furthermore, Customers receive a 5% refund if order is received at least 8 weeks prior to event date.
We don't create favors (content) until we get 6 weeks close to event. In the meantime, we order labels, create embellishment, and get everything ready to work on your favors as your event gets close, so contents are fresh.
I want my Grandpa's BBQ sauce as favors.
Send us your recipe. We will let you know if we can re-create it. There are no guarantees, as we don't know what Grandpa's BBQ sauce tastes like, but we can follow recipes.
As I pick my labels, they don't appear to be the right size for the favor I am ordering.
We ask you to pick your labels in a very easy to follow process. We then order the right size label for your favor. Don't worry about the size you are looking at, the label will cover 75% of the front of your favor
When I create my label, the font size design doesn't look right
Don't worry about layout or fonts. Our Designers will check your label choice before we order them, to insure labels print correctly. Unless you provided your own artwork and design, any label that you create, we will review before ordering.
I live in Alabama but I am getting married in Florida. Can you ship favors to event location?
Absolutely. We can ship favors to any location. However, you must insure your shippig address is updated in your PayPal account. You can choose different 'shipping address' when you are checking out with PayPal. Your order will be shipped to address provided in PayPal.
Some guests are allergic, I will need ingredients to my favors.
All favors come with ingredients listed on the label, so you don't have to worry about providing your guests with that information.

Can I order one favor for multiple events?
Yes, we can create one favor and the label can be for a combination of events.
I am limited to what I can have printed on my label/topper?
The only limit is space! You can have anything printed on your label/topper. Names, date, poem, location, quote, song, something formal, something silly, rated G or rated X, religious or obscene, whatever you want. These are your favors. We do not censor what you want printed on them. We are simply creating favors for you.
I have a small budget, can a favor be used as both, favor and centerpiece or escort card?
Absolutely. We design favors so they can be used in multiple ways. Why not use them as escort cards, then be placed at the table as decorations and then take home as favors?!?!
I have no idea how to design a favor!
No problem! We will guide you every step of the way.

The cost of the favor is exactly the same, we don't charge extra for giving you opinion, options or advice. We will work with you!
I want a mix/match of sizes, shapes and contents
You can order any combination of favor you want or need.
I received a favor at a party and loved it, and then placed my order for the same flavor. When I received my order, the favor did not look/taste the same as what I had originally received. Why?
Each order is created from scratch, and many elements can change the exact same 'flavor' from order to order. There are times a customer requests specific ingredients to be used/not used, or we need to alter recipes as a result of seasonal ingredient availability. If you received a favor at a party and/or ordered samples, your favor may or may not look/taste/feel the exact same way because each ordered is unique, created from scratch, just for you.
How are your prices? Do you offer discounts?
We have the most competitive prices in the business, plus we SHIP FOR FREE.
You can certainly find more inexpensive favors elsewhere, but they won't be one of a kind, they are most likely off the shelf or catalog, bland flavors and content, or made in a huge factory. We believe certain events require unique favors.
Our favors range from $1.00 to our over the top $12.00 each, depending on the level of embellishments you want to add (toppers, ribbons, charms, gift boxes)
You have complete control of the price based on the choices you make.
Our most economical favor is $1.00, complete with container, content and personalized label and it does not include any discounts that we offer for volume or lead time, which makes the same favor less than $1.00
